Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of pleasuresanctuary.com and purchases from Pleasure Sanctuary, a trade name operated by Hybrid Business Group LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use features requiring acceptance.

Adults Only - 18+

The website and products are intended only for adults age 18 or older. By accessing adult-oriented areas or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to access and purchase the applicable products in your jurisdiction. We may use reasonable age-verification measures or request additional verification where appropriate or required.

Lawful Use and Eligibility

You may use the site and purchase products only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, receipt, or use of a product is lawful at your location.

Product Information

We seek reasonable accuracy in descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, colors, ingredients, and other information, but minor variations may occur because of screens, manufacturing, packaging changes, supplier data, or product updates. Product pages, labels, manufacturer instructions, and applicable warnings should be reviewed before use.

No Medical Advice

Website content and product information are for general informational purposes and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease unless such a claim is lawfully authorized and expressly stated. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional when medical advice is needed.

Orders, Availability and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may verify information, payment, inventory, age eligibility, fraud indicators, shipping eligibility, and other legitimate requirements before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law. Product availability is not guaranteed until fulfillment.

Prices and Errors

Prices, promotions, availability, descriptions, and other information may change prospectively. Genuine material errors may be corrected. If a material error affects an unfulfilled order, we may cancel and provide any required refund or contact the customer as appropriate.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you represent that the information supplied is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method for the displayed transaction amount. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Never send a full card number, CVV/security code, or payment-account password by email.

Checkout Acceptance Evidence

Where the checkout requires acceptance, we may retain records reasonably showing the order ID, email, date/time, applicable terms/policy version, billing/shipping information, payment authorization or authentication results supplied by our processor, fulfillment, tracking/delivery, account activity, lawful technical/security data, and communications. An email address or checkbox alone is not represented as conclusive proof that a payment card belonged to the person entering it; such records may form part of the overall transaction evidence.

Fraud Prevention and Verification

We may use fraud-prevention and authentication measures made available by our payment and security providers, which may include address verification, security-code verification, risk scoring, transaction monitoring, additional authentication, manual review, or other lawful controls. We do not represent that every measure is used on every transaction.

Unauthorized Transactions and False Claims

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a cardholder's legitimate rights concerning genuinely unauthorized transactions. However, knowingly making a materially false claim that an authorized transaction was unauthorized, or otherwise misrepresenting material facts to obtain money, merchandise, duplicate reimbursement, or another improper benefit, may constitute fraud or material misrepresentation. We may investigate and contest claims using relevant evidence.

Fraud and Dispute Evidence

Relevant evidence may include authorization/authentication records, order and account data, timestamps, billing/shipping information, checkout acceptance/version records, fraud-review results, fulfillment records, tracking and delivery evidence, photographs/signatures where available, lawful technical/device information, customer communications, returns, refunds, replacements, and claim history. Where permitted, relevant evidence may be provided to processors, acquirers, card networks, issuers, fraud providers, insurers, carriers, law enforcement, courts, or other authorized parties.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise clearly stated, properly completed orders generally are expected to SHIP within approximately 5-10 business days; this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe. Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment providers and may ship separately.

Order Issues, Returns and Hygiene

The Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Damage apparent upon receipt and incorrect-item claims should be emailed within 24 hours after delivery under the voluntary procedure, with reasonably requested evidence. Intimate and hygiene-sensitive products generally are not voluntarily returnable after opening or use, subject to non-waivable rights. Unauthorized returns are not permitted.

Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects are handled separately from shipping damage and are not automatically voluntary returns. Applicable manufacturer/supplier procedures, warranties, or legally required remedies may apply.

Cancellations

Cancellation is governed by the Order Cancellation Policy. Voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment begins. This does not override cancellation/refund rights required by delayed-shipment or other applicable law.

Product Safety and Responsible Use

You are responsible for reading product instructions, warnings, ingredients/materials, compatibility information, age restrictions, and intended-use information. Use products only as directed. Do not use a product that appears damaged, contaminated, defective, recalled, or unsafe. Stop use and seek appropriate professional assistance if serious pain, injury, burning, significant irritation, allergic-type reaction, or other concerning symptoms occur.

Topical Products

Topical products, lubricants, oils, creams, lotions, cleaners, fragrances/aromas, and candles must be used according to their labels and intended application. Ingredients and sensitivities vary. Oil-based products may be incompatible with certain latex products, and some silicone lubricants may be unsuitable for certain silicone products depending on manufacturer instructions. Follow product-specific compatibility information.

Third-Party Products and Providers

Many products are manufactured, distributed, stored, or fulfilled by third parties. Manufacturer instructions, warnings, specifications, and warranties may apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a third party's independent conduct outside our legal responsibility, but nothing here eliminates obligations the law places directly on Pleasure Sanctuary.

California Proposition 65

Products sold to California consumers may carry Proposition 65 warnings where applicable. A warning does not by itself mean a product is unlawful or necessarily unsafe when used as directed. Product-specific warnings should be reviewed before purchase and use.

Accounts and Security

If account functionality is offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another person's payment information, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, or use the site for fraud.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, design elements, graphics, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Pleasure Sanctuary/Hybrid Business Group LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

Reviews and User Content

If reviews or other user content are accepted, you must have the right to submit the content and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, threatening, defamatory, privacy-violating, or fraudulent material. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use submitted content for operating and promoting the site, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications and Records

By using electronic checkout or communicating electronically, you consent to receive transaction-related communications and records electronically to the extent permitted by law. Electronic acceptance may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where applicable law recognizes it. Marketing communications require any consent separately required by law; making a purchase does not by itself constitute consent to receive optional marketing.

Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain applicable data practices and are incorporated by reference.

Third-Party Links and Services

Third-party websites, social networks, payment services, carriers, and other external services may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not make us responsible for all independent third-party content or conduct.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and non-mandatory informational content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly provided or legally required. Nothing in these Terms disclaims an express, implied, statutory, or consumer warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pleasure Sanctuary and Hybrid Business Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from circumstances for which such damages may lawfully be excluded. This provision does not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or costs arising from your unlawful conduct, intentional misuse of products, material breach of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible to the extent permitted by law for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control. Mandatory refund, cancellation, or other consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Refusal or Restriction of Service

Where permitted by law, we may restrict or decline future transactions associated with documented fraud, material misrepresentation, threats to site/payment security, unlawful conduct, or repeated material abuse of policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without depriving a consumer of protections that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive. Any dispute may be brought in a court or forum having lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Severability; No Waiver; Assignment

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign rights/obligations in connection with a lawful business transfer; customers may not transfer obligations in a manner that prejudices our rights without consent where consent may lawfully be required.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version presented or otherwise applicable at the time of a transaction will govern that transaction to the extent required by law. Material retroactive changes will not be imposed where prohibited.
